Make Christ present in the world through prayer and the sacraments by living the Gospel message of Jesus Christ.

Bless His Holy Name Forever. (Psalm 145:21)
    .

                               Parish Vision Statement

We will achieve our mission by:

    • Nourishing and strengthening the community with the transforming grace of the sacraments especially by offering frequent opportunities for the faithful to encounter the living presence of Christ in the Eucharist and the Sacrament of Penance.

    • Proclaiming the Gospel message of Jesus Christ by educating the faithful and those seeking to become Catholic through faith formation, helping young and old to better understand and live the Catholic faith.

    • Bringing the Kingdom of God into every human situation with a hunger and thirst to make the Lord known.  Living our witness helps form and deepen the faith we receive to know, love, and serve the Lord.

    • Protecting and caring for the dignity of every human person at every stage and in every condition.  As Catholic missionaries of Christ, we will work for justice and peace for all who are in need of emotional, spiritual, and material support.

    • Cultivating opportunities for a deep sense of friendship and belonging through our Catholic beliefs, traditions, and values.  To be a member of Holy Name parish means we are never alone in this family of families.
